317 Elite Sales Team is seeking personable & energetic candidates to join our retail sales team and cross-train in all aspects of; sales, customer service & training systems. At our core we are big on people helping people, and we believe in equipping our staff with an extensive knowledge of business skills in order to promote our management roles 100% from within. The position starts off entry level and we provide paid training, along with continuous training to keep us at the top of our field.
Our set work schedule is Thursday-Monday and we operate on a hybrid office schedule; in office three times a week (M/Th/F) and virtual meetings two times a week (Sa/Su). The job itself would be 100% in person, working five days a week with our partner stores so comfortably in a retail setting is a must.
Responsibilities for the position:
- Customer qualifications and price quotes for client services
- Complete sales contracts with customers directly
- Provide quality presentations which are tailored to customers individual needs
- Be the point of contact after the sale to handle customer needs

Compensation: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
